This is my first order with Ali Express and first things first, YES, the reviews are real. Hair is soft, full, true to length, odorless, and very minimal shedding. The front part can be easily customized. The ends may be a little dry. I apply some jojoba oil to the ends. The seller kept in touch throughout the process and was very pleasant.
