Warehouse
US warehouse(NY)
USA customers orders always ship out from USA by USPS or UPS., unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China.The warehouse of USA, we offer overnight shipping, if you are urgent to your order, you could pay extra $35 for this shipment, it usually took 1-3 day to arrive.
China warehouse
Orders from US, CA and other countries/regions can ship from China warehouse by suitable logistics company, shipping normally takes 3-7 working days.
Processing time
Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
Some of our hair's processing time is about 3-5 days. If you are not sure the hair you ordered whether need to be customized, pls contact us, we will check for you.
Shipping
Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days not including weekends. All orders can be choosed to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.
To USA/CA, we use DHL/FedEx/USPS/UPS and shipping time is around 3-5 working days;
To Europe countries/regions, we use DHL/TNT and shipping time is around 5-7 working days;
To Africa countries/regions, we use DHL/DPEX and shipping time is around 10-12 working days;
Above both are free shipping, while for Remote regions, there is $18 shipping fee.

And, the cost of following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
- If the package meet customs clearance in the recipient’s country/region and produce taxes, it will be paid by the buyer.
- The buyer shall bear the expenses incurred due to the buyer's unilateral change of address.
- During the package transportation, the buyer shall bear the expenses incurred for cancellation, refuse or return package due to the buyer's personal reasons.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), or you can email us sales@ishowbeauty.com for confirm. Please leave your correct email address and number, so that you can receive notification successfully. Then you can track the package on official shipment website.

Deliver
- Normally, the local carrier deliver packages on workday( Mon. - Fri.).Therefore, to make sure your package will be delivered to you safely, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open, because the carrier might contact you via phone when delivering.
- Some logistics companies require the recipient's signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your shipping address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the shipping address. It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please take photos and keep the package in original status, at the same time, email our service sales@ishowbeauty.com for after-sell service.
